Refund policy
Return Window All products purchased from VapeMantra are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Mandatory Video Requirement To be eligible for any return or refund, customers must submit a 360-degree unboxing video of the product at the time of unboxing. The video must:
- Be continuous with no cuts, edits, or pauses
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening
- Show the full unboxing process from start to finish
- Be submitted to us before or at the time of raising a return request
⚠️ Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be processed under any circumstances. No exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened e-liquids and nic salts
- Used coils, pods, or cartridges
- Any product showing signs of use
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at help.techgear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds Once your return is approved and the product is received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
